Exchange Policy

At The Shilf, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction by providing high-quality products and a smooth replacement process. If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to our error, you may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the product, provided it is returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all included accessories. Once we review and approve your request (typically within 2–5 business days), we will arrange the return and ship the replacement free of charge. If the product does not meet the replacement conditions, return shipping costs may apply. Our goal is to resolve any issues quickly and provide you with a seamless and reliable shopping experience.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), and once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Bahrain and 7–14 business days for international orders, depending on the destination and customs procedures. Express shipping is available at an additional cost, offering 1–3 business days locally and 3–7 business days internationally. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance, weather, or public holidays. International orders may also be subject to customs duties or taxes according to local regulations, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
